This October 2–4, 2025, the ´ºË®ÌÃÊÓƵ of Calgary will host the Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers (GCEC), the world’s leading gathering of entrepreneurship educators, ecosystem builders, and innovators. And we need YOU to help bring it to life.

As a GCEC 2025 volunteer, you’ll gain insider access to a world-class international conference, connecting with global leaders, expanding your network, and building skills that will set you apart. At the same time, you’ll help showcase Calgary and UCalgary to the world while being part of an unforgettable event.

Important Details

  • Dates & Times: October 2–4, 2025 (limited pre-conference shifts also available). Shifts run 6:00 am–10:00 pm, with flexible scheduling.
  • Locations: UCalgary main campus, partner hotels (Fairmont Palliser, Calgary Marriott Downtown, Alt Hotel, Aloft ´ºË®ÌÃÊÓƵ Hotel, Best Western Village Park), and evening venues (Percheron Ballroom at BMO Centre, Studio Bell, TELUS Spark).
