Delinquent Student Accounts

This policy applies to any student enrolled in a graduate program at the ´ºË®ÌÃÊÓƵ of Calgary. A student who is having difficulty meeting his/her financial obligations is encouraged to consult with Enrolment Services, or the Wellness Centre.

Any student with an overdue debt to any unit of the ´ºË®ÌÃÊÓƵ of Calgary, including any administrative department and the Graduate Students' Association, will not be allowed to register or receive transcripts of grades, and may be denied access to other ´ºË®ÌÃÊÓƵ services until the outstanding account is settled in full, or in exceptional circumstances, an acceptable arrangement has been made.
